Mr Chris Calvert joined the Manager as the Chief Executive Officer on 11 December 2008.

Mr Calvert commenced his career in 1992 in Melbourne, Australia at Urbis JHD (formerly known as AT Cocks & Partners) as a property valuer. In 1996, he moved to ANZ Funds Management as a Property Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. In 1998, he entered the corporate real estate sector, joining Southcorp Limited as its National Property Manager. In 2000, he returned to property funds management as an Investment Manager at the Industry Superannuation Property Trust specialising in the industrial sector. In 2003, Mr Calvert joined MacarthurCook Investment Managers (Asia) Limited ("MacarthurCook"), an ASX listed property and mortgage funds management business, as their Head of Property. He was responsible for the creation and management of a series of sector specific property funds comprising industrial, office and retail unlisted trusts. He was also involved in the establishment of the 'fund of funds' duallisted MacarthurCook Property Securities Fund.

In early 2007, Mr Calvert was appointed CEO (Asia) responsible for the assembly of an industrial property portfolio and the subsequent IPO of the MacarthurCook Industrial REIT. Most recently, he was CEO (Asia) of Blaxland Funds Management, a real estate funds Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Business and Property and is a Qualified Valuer from the Australian Property Institute.

Mr Jason Kennedy joined the Manager on 14 December 2007 as the Senior Vice President, Finance leading the finance department. He has 15 years experience as an Accountant, and has worked in the financial services and funds management sectors since 1999. Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Kennedy was the Financial Controller and Company Secretary of MacarthurCook during 2007. He was involved with the MacarthurCook Industrial REIT IPO in Singapore, and was subsequently responsible for the setup and operation of the finance and company secretarial functions of the business. Prior to joining MacarthurCook he was Executive Accountant at Viento Group Limited (formerly WRF Securities Limited) in 2006, Fund Accountant at MacarthurCook Limited from 2004 to 2006 and Senior Investment Accountant at the Myer Family Office from 2001 to 2004. In each of these roles Mr Kennedy was responsible for fund financial performance, advised on capital management strategy, asset investment/ divestment, assessed viability of new funds, and was involved in the process of bringing new products to market.

Mr Kennedy received a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting) from the University of Newcastle, Australia in 1997 and is a Certified Practicing Accountant (Australia).

Ms Wendy Anne Teo joined the Manager in December 2008 to head its legal and compliance department, where her responsibilities include providing legal advice and ensuring compliance to relevant legislation and regulations by the Manager. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a LLB (Hons) in 1995 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1996. After practicing for 5 years in the area of real property at M/s Tan Rajah & Cheah and M/s Shook Lin & Bok respectively, she spent 4 years as in-house counsel and head of the secretariat department at Singapore Airlines Limited. Thereafter in 2005, she became the Assistant Company Secretary of Oversea- Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, a locallylisted bank, taking charge of all shareholderrelated matters and organizing shareholder meetings. She has previous experience in the areas of property law, general corporate law, corporate secretarial and compliance work.

Ms Yvonne Ong joined the Manager on 10 November 2005 and served as the Vice President, Asset Management leading the asset management department. Prior to joining the Manager, she was a manager in the Properties and Administration Division of Singapore Power Ltd over 2004 to 2005, responsible for office space renovation, property and project management, including oversight of security, fire safety, maintenance, tenancy and administrative matters. Before Singapore Power Ltd, she was with Chambers Valuers & Property Management Pte Ltd for more than eight years, her last position being that of Assistant Director from 2002 to 2004. During her tenure, she headed the valuation and agency departments, handled construction and upgrading project management and property management. Ms Ong received a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University. She also has an Appraiser's Licence (Lands and Buildings) since 1996 and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers since 1997.

Ms Shaldine Wang serves as the Head of Investment. She has over 11 years of experience in Investment and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining the Manager, Ms Wang was a Manager at Pacific Oil & Gas Pte Ltd, the Oil & Gas business unit of Raja Garuda Mas Group, where she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis, and project financing for the Company. Prior to that, she was a Consultant with Jaakko Poyry Consulting from 2000 to 2003, providing advisory work to clients in the area of corporate finance and investment. Before moving to Singapore, she worked in Malaysia with the Corporate Finance Department of Arab-Malaysia Merchant Bank Berhad from 1997 to 2000, focusing mainly on IPO, fund raising and debt restructuring exercises. She also worked briefly as an associate consultant with Price Waterhouse. Ms Wang has extensive international working experience in investments and development projects in countries such as Australia, Greater China, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Ms Wang received a Bachelor of Science (Biological Science) from the University of Guelph, Canada in 1994 and a Master of Arts (International Financial Analysis) from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom in 1995.

Ms Lee Seang Looi serves as the Head of Property Management. Before joining Property Management, she served as a Senior Asset Manager for 2.5 years in CITM. Prior to joining the Manager, she was with JTC Corporation for 5 years liaising with customers, the Corporation and Government agencies while providing real estate/ space solutions to the customers. She was also involved in business process analysis and formulating customer retention initiatives. Before JTC, she held the position of operation manager at Giz Tel Design from 2000 – 2001 where she was responsible for originating business concept, inventory control and marketing strategies. Ms Lee received 2 Masters Degrees from University of Warwick with specialization in Organisation Studies and Training and Human Resource Development in 1997 and 1996 respectively. She also has a Bachelor of Science from University of Toronto obtained in 1995.
